Ring Energy, Inc. (REI) is a growth oriented independent exploration and production company engaged in oil and natural gas development, production, acquisition, and exploration activities currently focused in the Permian Basin, which is one of the most prolific hydrocarbon-producing regions in the United States. With headquarters located in The Woodlands, Texas, our primary drilling operations target the oil and liquids rich producing formations in the Northwest Shelf and Central Basin Platform in West Texas. The management team of REI has extensive experience in studying, drilling, and producing the San Andres formation over the past 35+ years and has drilled numerous vertical and horizontal San Andres wells on REI’s Central Basin Platform and Northwest Shelf assets.
