NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS As previously disclosed, the Company has entered into an agreement for the disposition of its Delaware Basin assets, consisting of approximately 20,000 net acres located in Culberson and Reeves Counties, Texas. The transaction has not closed; however, the Company is continuing to work with the buyer towards effectuating the close of the transaction. |
